Client Sentenced to Time-Served - Avoids Additional Years Imprisonment

Wilkes-Barre Attorney David Lampman request that client is sentenced to credit for time served is granted. On September 9, 2010, the Defendant pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking, possession of instruments of crime, flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest. On October 22, 2010 the Defendant was sentenced to 9 to 18 months confinement at LCCF.

At sentencing, the court credited Defendant with time served and noted that the Defendant maxed out the sentence 9 to 18 month sentence at issue.
