Motion to Modify Sentence Granted

Criminal Defense Attorney David Lampman's Motion to Modify and Reduce Sentence was granted. On April 1, 2010, prior to Lampman's representation, the client was sentenced and credited with thirty-nine (39) days credit for time served, which was an error. In fact, the Defendant should have been credited with 293 days credit for time served.

After the Motion was Granted, Lampman notified the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections to ensure that the Defendant was given accurate credit for time served.
