Juvenile Burglary Charges Dropped

After discussions with Attorney Lampman, the Luzerne County District Attorney's Office agrees to drop all charges in a petition against a juvenile. Specifically, the DA agreed to withdraw the petition that included the three charges below:

Burglary (first-degree felony)
Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Burglary (first-degree felony)
Theft by Unlawful Taking (first-degree misdemeanor)
