Burglary & Theft Charges Dismissed in Wilkes-Barre

Criminal charges filed in February 2011 against a Wilkes-Barre, PA man represented by defense attorney David Lampman were dismissed at the preliminary hearing yesterday. Wilkes-Barre Police arrested the defendant after it was reported that he and two other men were involved in breaking into a home and stealing tools, electrical supplies, and copper plumbing materials. His bail was set at preliminary arraignment at $20,000.00. The charges filed in Luzerne County included felony burglary and misdemeanor theft charges by unlawful taking of movable items.
